Today, we remember the man whose vision changed millions of lives around the world.
General Choi Hong Hi did not simply create a martial art; he created a path built on courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and an indomitable spirit.
More than two decades after his passing, his teachings continue to inspire generations of practitioners who carry his legacy in every pattern, every training session and every act of respect.
His dream became our way of life.

Honoured to have Master El Bey and Master Tyrakowski represent Canada at the ITF 60th Anniversary Technical Seminar in Korea; the birthplace of Taekwon-Do.
Sixty years of discipline, tradition, and global unity brought together practitioners from around the world. This experience went beyond training. It was a reminder of the responsibility we carry as ambassadors of this art.
From refining technique at the source, to standing in historically significant places like the Goseong DMZ and Tong-Il Observatory, every moment reinforced the vision of General Choi Hong Hi, not only to develop Taekwon-Do, but to use it as a force for unity.
One family. Many flags. One legacy.
Returning to Canada with renewed purpose: to share, to grow, and to continue upholding the highest standards of ITF Taekwon-Do.
