2025 Recap 🇨🇦🥋 | Canadian Elite Taekwon-Do
2025 was built on early mornings, hard rounds, and choosing discipline.
From elite training camps preparing for the ITF World Championship in Spain, to Master-led Taekwon-Do workshops, to competing at local and regional tournaments across Ontario — every moment mattered.
This year was about refining skills, sharpening technique, and developing a mindset that holds up under pressure.
It was also about nurturing friendships - the kind built through shared struggle, mutual respect, and pushing each other to be better on and off the mats.
More than medals or rankings, 2025 was about growth, connection, and representing Canadian Taekwon-Do with pride wherever we trained and competed.
We're grateful for the coaches, Masters, teammates, and community that made this year possible.
2025 built the base. 2026 raises the level.
Taekwon-Do isn’t just trained. It’s lived.
Taekwon!
What ITF Taekwon-Do at black belt level looks like.
A Master’s Workshop in Ottawa, led by Master Demers, Master Reid and Master El Bey, focused on precision, discipline, and the mindset required of true black belts.
This was about standards, responsibility, and training with purpose.
ITF Taekwon-Do demands:
➡️ Consistency over comfort
➡️ Discipline over excuses
➡️ Mastery over shortcuts
If you want to train at a higher level, you have to train differently.
