Is “HOCKEY SENSE” a teachable skill? Absolutely‼️ 100%‼️

Create 2 on 1s all over the ice, quick and close puck support, manipulate defenders feet, awareness- puck protection and creativity, players without the puck need to be better options/find open ice, puck possession-sharing the puck at the right time, transition hockey puck support and next play mentality, always attack mode, using individual skill sets within a team concept….

As coaches we all need to do a better job to teach our players “THE GAME”‼️

Really proud of these Ottawa Silver Seven S7 U10 boys, they fundraised and ran their hearts out for 2K in the run for youth mental health.

They were the top fundraising TEAM at the race this year in the friends/family category, raising over $5000 for mental health programs at CHEO.

Awesome weekend and silver medal for our 2014s. Great record in the 2013 division, 5 wins and one loss (only loss in the finals to a very strong AAA .pats team, congrats st.pats!).

What a team‼️ 2014s, so proud of this group. A very tough loss in a 3 on 3 overtime. Continue to play the right way boys, be leaders, respect the game, bring that compete everyday and more and more Championship Sunday’s are coming. The BOYS (aka, the S7 boys). Very Proud Coach‼️
