A FANTASTIC opportunity!!! for Varsity and Junior players.

August 5 to 9 (Mon to Friday)

We’re excited to host Graeme Williams as the head coach for our summer camp August 5th to 9th. Graeme has been a fixture in Canadian squash scene during his tenure as the pro at Windsor Squash and Fitness, and as the Canadian National Women’s Team coach. We’re taking over the all the courts at BMRC so Graeme will direct both juniors and varsity players in the same camp!

The camp is a great way to reconnect with squash buddies and get back in the swing for the start of another season just around the corner.

There will be lots of
small group drills (players organized by standard)
- Match play
- Condition games
- team building mini tournament

The Agenda
- Building the swing through movement
- Winning the length battle and dominating the middle of the court
- Short and Straight, making the court big

4 Squash Gloucester Junior participated in the Quebec Junior Open. Kudos to:
Isolde (2nd place) and Nadine (3rd place) in the Consolation category for Girls U15-U17.

Isolde also place 1st in the consolation category in the Mixed Junior Grand Prix.

Nadine placed 1st in the Mixed Mini Prix.

Congratulations to all 4 Squash Gloucester Juniors for participating in a fun tournament. We hope to see many at the final Grand Prix in May. Please see previous post below.

Here are the remaining Squash Tournaments that the Juniors can participate in. There’s one in Toronto where a few years ago, a handful of Juniors participated in and had good matches since the top 9 in Ontario are not eligible to participate. A few parents have expressed interests.
- For the upcoming Quebec Junor Open, there is a novice category for some juniors who have participated in the local Jr. Grandprix events.
