Des glucides ou non?

Ahhhh les Opens 2024… à date voici mon “feeling” sur les Opens et aussi les standards sur les bonne répétions versus les “no reps”!
Être un athlète de Crossfit est plus que le simple “leaderboard”, c’est l’approche qu’on a avec la communauté, performer selon les standards et surtout tenter d’inspirer les autres auprès de nous à se pousser et sortir de leur zone de comfort.
Pousser vos limites, de la bonne façon 💪🏼

L’intensité des entraînements est si important!
Au prochain entraînement de 12 minutes et moins essayer dont d’ouvrir la machine un peu plus que d’habitude? 😏
Soit en poussant plus fort ou en limitant votre repos! Vous allez apprendre à vous connaître d’avantage et même bâtir une confiance en vous! 💪🏼

I discovered this at my grocery store not long ago! They are life (snack) savers for when you don’t have much left in your fridge and instead of going for the chocolate chips you bake with, I can make a easy shake with !!
You just pop (like ice cubes) in a blender add some liquid of your choosing (almond milk, milk, water and blend! (I sometimes add protein and a banana to add some calories and make it a breakfast! 😏

Training isn’t always easy or « fun » but at the end of the day those workouts and training sessions are usually the ones that will make you greater, stronger and more resilient!

Standards. Standards are what we hold ourselves up to, they are what we consider our normal and therefore what our habits fall under. They will determine what your priorities are, how you treat your body, your family and your surroundings.
My standards are to get up early. My alarm goes off and I get up right away, no snoozing. My standards are also to train 5 times per week and give it my all every session. They are to take care of my family and put them first.
What are your standards? This may help you self reflect on what is important for you but also maybe what standards you need to adjust to feel better as a whole! ❤️
