and maybe a blurb or a blog about experiences that I think are worth sharing! It's not your fast paced boot camp - although some classes may feel like it ;) but overall Yoga just helps us relax and feel well - who couldn't use more of that!? I am me. I am a down-to-earth-self-driven-loving individual in the Ottawa & Barrhaven area. I am a Certified Yoga teacher (& a Registered Nurse). I've been doing yoga for 10 years, but only got really serious when I decided to do a teacher training back in 2010. It truly was the best experience I've ever had and I really have had the opportunity to get to know who I really am thanks to it! Not to mention I had some really great teachers & friends who helped me along this journey! I have taught at a variety of yoga studios but life is keeping me busy being an RN, raising a lil baby and experiencing life as it is. I have a great background with my Nursing Degree which I worked VERY hard for. I have had injuires I've worked with and Overcome thanks to Yoga (and a great massage therapist! ;))!
