Transitions Thoroughbreds would once again like to thank After the Finish Line for their generosity in providing us with this grant for 2024 to cover the costs of vaccinations and teeth floating for the American bred and/or raced horses in our program, it is so very much appreciated! We are very grateful for all of the hard work they put into helping so many thoroughbreds in both the U.S. and Canada. :)
