The Canadian Rifle Team proudly congratulates Fazal Mohideen on an outstanding performance at the , capturing the Mid-Range Aggregate title with an impressive 600-34X.

We also recognize Avtar Nanrey for an exceptional showing, finishing second overall with a remarkable 599-40X.

Both athletes not only led the Palma/TR class — they dominated the entire Sling Rifle category, showcasing world-class precision and consistency.

Congratulations to both shooters on representing Canadian marksmanship at the highest level! 🇨🇦

Outstanding performance by Team Canada at the , capturing the Team Aggregate title with an exceptional score of 2565-125x. The aggregate combined the Palma course of fire with an additional 20-shot match at 1000 yards.

Under the leadership of Coach Peter Westlake, the team delivered a remarkable showing:

• Avtar Nanrey — 649-45x
• Andrew Mohideen — 645-31x
• Fazal Mohideen — 642-32x
• Bernard Pepin — 629-17x

Update: Photo has a new home now!

A special piece of history has just surfaced! A mounted photo of the Canadian team that won the Kolapore in 1951 has been generously passed along. Since there is already a framed copy displayed in the Canadian Pavilion, this extra print is available to anyone who would like to give it a good home.

A huge shoutout to our amazing volunteers and staff who came out today to set up and calibrate the targets for the next 10 days of ORA & DCRA annual championships!

This year, our visiting teams from the UK 🇬🇧 and USA 🇺🇸 have brought some serious marksmanship — giving our home team the toughest competition we’ve seen in years. Let the games begin!
