In February 2020, we attended our sixth National event. This was our third Nationals competing in the Open category. On this page you can find information about the team, event dates, and much more. Join us for our annual Friends and Family synchro show hosted by Capital Ice Open!
Sunday February 22, 6:20-7:30 p.m. at the Nepean Sportsplex, Yzerman arena
Admission - minimum $5 donation per person (please bring cash), children under 5 are free.
Cheer on teams from the Ottawa area as they share their programs and prepare for their upcoming competitions.

Yesterday we had a run-through evening in dresses with our friends on Starlight Star4 and .synchro.star6 !

"Bonnie and Clyde" 💸🏦🚓🔒 have their first competition of the season at the Invitation Saint-Hubert.
A great way to start the season with "a bang, bang" - 2 skates that we are very proud of. Reaching some goals, setting new ones, and looking forward to returning to practice to continue working on our program.
Congrats to all the teams who skated this weekend, especially the members of the family and all the Ottawa teams

When the climbing adventure finally makes it out of the team chat!
Caro one of our team members spends lots of time climbing when she isn't on the ice, so this weekend we all headed to the climbing gym. Thanks to her and her friends who taught us the basics and acted as our belayers we conquered walls, climbed up high, and developed bouldering skills. ( And used muscles 💪 we don't often use at synchro, even in lifts!)

After a great last practice today and cheering for we are ready for tomorrow.
We will have our first skate at 11:49 a.m. Saturday March 1 and our second skate will be Sunday.
