Hello! The operator’s responsibility for the rink only extends to tomorrow, and with the weather forecast, the community will have to come together if we are to extend the season into next week. Thank you all for your help, and for the help given all winter long!

Wow what a weekend! Watering tonight and tomorrow, Monday, first thing in the morning, while the weather cooperates. Merci pour votre aide!

Quelle fin de semaine! On a finalement pu arroser ce soir et on le fera demain matin, lundi, première chose pendant que la météo le permet. Thank for all your help!

Dear rink users and neighbours, please, please help us get through this thaw by staying off the ice surface. And when it’s mild, thank you for removing the nets from the ice when you’re done. Let’s work together, share this message and explain it to the kids please. It’s going to be critical especially with tomorrow (Thursday’s) weather.

Chers utilisateurs et voisins, svp, svp, aidez-nous à passer à travers ce dégel en évitant totalement la surface de glace. Aussi quand il fait doux, merci de retirer les filets de la glace après avoir joué. Travaillons ensemble. Partagez ce message et parlez-en aux enfants svp. C’est impératif avec la météo prévue demain, jeudi.

The rink is open! It’s still really rough around the edges but there’s a good skatable surface. Thank you to the few volounteers who made it possible. Merry Christmas!

La patinoire est ouverte! Le contour n’est pas tout à fait prêt mais il y a une bonne surface patinable. Merci aux quelques bénévoles qui ont rendu ça possible. Joyeux Noël!

Wednesdays and Thursdays 5:30 to 6:30, we’ll host the I Love to Skate program. The program provides new skates and helmets plus skating lessons for children between the ages of six and 12 years who might not otherwise have the chance to skate.

Nous allons accueillir le programme J’aime patiner, les mercredis et jeudis de 17:30 à 16:30. Ce programme offre de nouveaux patins et casques ainsi que des leçons de patinage aux enfants âgés de 6 à 12 ans qui n’auraient pas autrement la possibilité de patiner.
