Katrine Pedersen built this club's standards before we'd played a single match.

After the 2026 season, including any playoff run, our inaugural head coach will leave Rapid FC to be closer to family. We respect the decision completely. Katrine leads with compassion and has created a culture here built on close connections. Her decision directly reflects her qualities and what she stands for.

Nothing changes between now and then. We're top of the table, unbeaten in seven, and Katrine's full focus is on this group and the matches in front of us.

The work continues. Let's fly.
