BDW SELF DEFENCE NOW OFFERS STOP THE BLEED CERTIFICATE

Stop the bleed is a program designed out of mass casualty incidents such as the Boston marathon bombing and school shooting. It deals with treating life threatening bleeding in the limbs through the safe and proper application of torniquettes and appropriate techniques for treating bleeding on the rest of the body.

Stop the bleed training includes a power point and practical training. The training is done ussing interactive limbs and prop blood to simulate realistic scenarios.

The course runs betweeen 3-4 hours at a cost of $ 60.00 per person. A certificate of completion will be issued
