✨ I’m excited to share that I’ll be presenting at the Dialogue for Life conference this week

Tonight’s session will focus on self-care and the inner work it takes to dance and be in the circle, while the Friday and Saturday sessions will be more of a focus on our physical health while we enjoy a pow wow workout session. Hope to see you there! ✨
