Diagnosis Day
I remember the exact moment the doctor said, “You have Stage 4 cancer.”
My ears rang. My heart pounded. The world got quiet and loud at the same time.
And I had no idea what came next.
But I’ve learned since then — healing isn’t a straight line.
It’s messy. It’s emotional. It’s empowering.
And it’s possible.

Why I Created Solo Power Healing....
I created Solo Power Healing because when I was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, there was no roadmap — especially not for single women.
I was scared, overwhelmed, and alone… and I had so many questions.
What works? What doesn’t?
Who do you talk to when you don’t have a partner or a sounding board who belives in you every step of the way?
So I built this. A place where real healing meets real honesty.
This is for the women who don’t feel seen in traditional systems — and are ready to take their healing into their own hands, with love, support, and power.
