In all seriousness, this is one pose I do every morning, and yes, this is me in the pic! The power of yoga inversion poses includes increased blood and lymphatic circulation, as well as improved flexibility, strength, energy levels, and self-confidence. Remember, legs up the wall, is also an inverted pose that offers higher energy levels, back support, and other benefits!
