What a great week of badminton!

Throwback to our ShuttleForce 5-Day Summer Camp, held July 20–24 at the Mile Zero Multiplex in Grimshaw!

We had around 20 athletes join us throughout the week, and we’d like to give a huge THANK YOU to all the players and parents who supported us and made the camp such a success. ❤️🏸

At ShuttleForce Badminton Club, we offer Five types of lessons:

🏸 SF Juniors U12
(U12 badminton group lessons focus on building strong fundamentals, footwork, coordination, and basic game skills in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment)

🏸 SF Teen Elite 13+
(Teen Elite 13+ group lessons focus on developing advanced technique, footwork, consistency, tactics, and match-play skills while challenging athletes to compete and improve in a focused training environment)

🏸 High Performance Group
(Invite Only High Performance group lessons focus on advanced technical, tactical, physical, and mental training designed to prepare dedicated athletes for competitive play and tournament-level performance)

🏸 SF Adults League
(SF Adults League offers fun and competitive match play in a welcoming environment, helping players stay active, improve their skills, and enjoy the game of badminton)

🏸 Private/Semi Private lessons
(Private and semi-private lessons provide personalized coaching tailored to each player’s skill level, goals, and areas for improvement, with focused attention from the coach)

ShuttleForce players competed in the first-ever Prairie King Open Tournament in Grande Prairie this weekend. It was great to see so many players coming together to enjoy competitive badminton during the summer in Northern Alberta.

A huge thank you to the organizers for putting together such an amazing tournament.

Private lessons provide personalized coaching focused on improving technique, footwork, strategy,overall performance and most of all having fun learning the sport of badminton.

Summer break is the perfect time to improve your badminton skills. With one-on-one feedback, players can correct bad habits, build confidence, and focus on their specific goals whether they're beginners learning the basics or competitive athletes preparing for tournaments.

A few weeks of focused summer training can lead to significant improvement and help players return to the school/club season stronger, faster, and more confident on the court. 💪🏸

🏸 What an incredible turnout yesterday at our Championship Development Camp and Year-End Social!

Despite a busy weekend across the north, we were thrilled to have more than 30 players of all ages participate in the camp. The energy, enthusiasm, and dedication on display made for a fantastic day of badminton and community.

A special thank you to the Kings University players Melissa Vivek and Vincent for making the trip north to coach, mentor, and spar with our athletes. Your support and expertise were greatly appreciated by everyone involved.

As we wrap up another successful season, we couldn't be prouder of our players. Their hard work and commitment have led to tremendous improvement, which has been shown through strong performances at school tournaments and impressive results in Edmonton competitions.

At ShuttleForce, we remain committed to developing athletes and growing the sport of badminton in the north. We look forward to continuing that journey together.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our parents for their endless support, encouragement, and commitment to the club throughout the season. Your dedication plays a huge role in our success.

Our ShuttleForce players competed in their first tournament in Edmonton last weekend at the Kings University High School Tournament!🏸

Our players have improved so much over the last 6 months, and seeing them compete strongly against city players is a huge accomplishment. We are very proud of everyone’s effort and development on court!

10-2 pm (Training/Sparring led by the Kings All star players)

2-3 pm Exhibition matches with the Kings players. Parents and family are invited to come watch too!!
