Adventure is in all of us...
Conor Lynch, dares to make that Adventure Happen. "To me, my scars define parts of who I am and help me remember how to keep myself alive. Like growing pains, they remind me that nothing good begins with ease." Now, I strive to bring all of my friends together through Fitness and Activity! My dream is to create an Active Lifestyle Program to support Fitness and Mental Health. Studies have proven Exercise is Equally as Effective as Properly Prescribed Medication, in aiding sufferers of mental illness. To Me, my medication, is in the Adventure.
