This journey has never been about competing with anyone else. It's always been about becoming a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of myself.
Sacrifices of early mornings, challenging workouts, and making healthy choices through setbacks, and comebacks has led to this moment. As you can see my goal isn't perfection, it's simply progress.
Today, I'm stronger than I was yesterday, and tomorrow I'll be even better than I am today.
REMEMBER: Your biggest competition is the person you were yesterday.

First HYROX experience in Ottawa and babyyyy 😮💨 the Women’s Single was no joke lol.
This one is what I call the real "character builder". Mentally, physically, emotionally… all of it get tested!
There were moments I was tired, moments I wanted to slow down, but I just kept telling myself one thing… keep going. One station at a time. One run at a time.
HYROX humble you quick, but it also show you how strong you really are when you push past the discomfort.
Super proud of myself for stepping out there and getting it done 💪🏾❤️ Definitely not easy, but worth every second.
