Third time's the charm!

Another core video from Tiff x Dan, this time focusing on the Obliques 🔥

I can hold over a 10 minute plank with weights on my back….and this video had me struggling 😅

Anyone who can keep up with the pace of this video can call themselves a CORE MASTER 💪🏼

The Plank with side hops was definitely my biggest challenge.
