Yes I have taken a good long break from yoga. Now that the garden has been put to bed... I’m starting Monday night class at my studio tomorrow night.😁 monday from 7-8:30pm. Monday November 25

I’m canceling FAMILY YOGA tonight.... as my driveway is a skating rink... it’s not safe to even walk on today.

Yoga classes are cancelled for the next month...This tent is my home for now(pretty freaking amazing). I’m studying my Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas. I have chosen to advance my discipline in practicing and teaching yoga...
I will resume classes at my studio on Wednesday feb 6 at 9:30-11 am
