I became a coach for a very selfish reason...
To support people to free themselves, to become sovereign and reclaim their own authority, so they can help me create a world where we all thrive.
As a coach, I am not saying: “Follow me forever.”
I am saying: “Spend some time with me, and you will become strong enough to stand in your own center.”
Many systems — not only coaching, but religion, politics, medicine, media, and even some spiritual communities — unconsciously create dependency.
They keep people doubting themselves so authority stays outside of them. I teach the opposite.
I support people in reconnecting with their own inner compass and regaining trust in themselves, so they become response-able, conscious, grounded, and free... capable of participating in the creation of a thriving world for everyone.
I am not a guru. I am an initiator, an activator, a catalyst.
A true guide does not collect followers. A true guide helps create more fully alive humans.
And fully alive humans create a world aligned with Life.
This is not only about personal healing.
It is about collective creation.
The world is shaped by the consciousness, courage, health, and autonomy of the people living in it.
If people are exhausted, insecure, anxious, fearful, disconnected from Nature, afraid to think for themselves, or dependent on systems for every answer, then society reflects that fragmentation.
So my coaching is not only: “How do I improve myself?”
It is: “How do we become humans capable of building a more beautiful civilization?”
That is my purpose!
And the challenge of this path is to remain grounded in reality and humility:
— To think for ourselves rather than replacing one authority with another.
— To stay open to nuance, without turning sovereignty into isolation, paranoia, or distrust of everything... or worst: control and dictatorship.
— To remember that no human sees the full truth perfectly.
— To focus on becoming more alive, sovereign, creative, connected, and deeply aligned with Life.

What made me choose the path of coaching...
The truth is… I didn’t choose coaching. Coaching chose me...
In 2008, I was diagnosed with a chronic disease and told it was incurable. I didn’t accept that prognosis and decided to take full ownership for my health and find my own way back to it.
As I studied people who had healed themselves, something became very clear: the body isn’t just physical—it is deeply connected to how we live.
So I formed a simple hypothesis:
a disease cannot thrive in a body that feels safe, aligned, joyful and truly alive. So I decided to test it.
And that changed everything!
I didn’t just try to “heal.” I started redesigning my life around what made me feel good, free, alive, and deeply myself.
I trained as a therapist, left my well-paid job in microbiology at the hospital, and started my own practice helping others create their own path to health. And along the way, I healed myself completely. No symptoms since 2012.
But what I was really learning went far beyond health.
I was learning to listen to my intuition, to trust what feels true, to be my own authority and to build a life around that. And that’s what naturally led me to coaching...
So I trained as a professional coach and began helping people around health, sovereignty, leadership, and personal power. I worked for a company that offered leadership coaching programs for pharmacists, but after a while, I felt that same inner signal again: this isn’t fully aligned with me. So I listened—and I left.
Then COVID happened. The world slowed down, and I went even deeper into that listening... Since I was really happy with my health, I didn’t get vaccinated or wore a mask, which isolated me a little from the mundane—but I saw it as an opportunity to spend more time in nature and learn from her.
Nature showed me what alignment actually looks like: Nothing forced. Nothing rushed. Everything growing in its own rhythm. Seasons. Cycles. Intelligence. Calm.
And I realized—that’s exactly what I help people do:
Not fix themselves. Not force a path. But reconnect to what is alive in them… and build a life around it.
Today, everything I do comes from that same place:
I coach. I guide people back to themselves. I create.
I work with plants, craft herbal teas, natural products and art, and share the wisdom of nature.
I designed a life that feels like freedom, truth, inspiration, and aliveness.
It may look like different paths…
but it’s all the same work:
Helping people trust themselves enough to create a life that actually feels like theirs.
And if something in you recognizes yourself in these words… if you feel that pull toward more truth, more freedom, more aliveness... this is exactly the space I hold.
So let's connect together and see what we can creaye for you.

In my work, one of the greatest gifts is seeing people begin to light up, to be creative, to experience synchronicities and magic in their lives, simply because they have decided to follow their intuition, to choose truth over security, to trust themselves and to have the courage to fully express themselvestheir gifts, their genius, their medicine, their art, through their unique way of expression.

Why should I pay for coaching when I already have deep conversations with my friends?
Coaching is not a common conversation. It’s a space where who you truly are and what you genuinely want for your life can emerge—not the story of success you bought from your parents, the education system or from watching television, but the kind of success you truly want to experience. The kind of success where you feel fulfilled, free, safe, and at peace within yourself.
Another thing coaching can offer, which most friends can’t, is a space for reflection that is free from other people’s projections. A coach is trained to avoid projecting their own ideas and beliefs onto you. They are aware of this tendency, skilled in metacognition, and their listening becomes powerful because they know how to step out of the way and truly hold space—through questions and reflections that help you see more clearly.
If your conversations with your friends help you grow, help you align with yourself, help you be fiercely authentic, help you take action on what truly matters to you, help you believe you can achieve anything, and call you out when you don't keep your words toward yourself. Good. You have very good friends. Keep them close.
But if that’s not the case, and you know you have gifts you’re not fully using, having someone by your side to think with, challenge your assumptions, take decisions, align on your priorities and help you find a way forward can be incredibly valuable.
If you’re curious about coaching, let’s have a session together and see how it can support you.

The future of coaching
The future of coaching won't be about giving more informations. And it won't be about adding more strategies to already overloaded minds. It won’t be about giving more tools to people who are already drowning in tools.
It will be about helping humans remember their sovereignty, remember their inner authority and reconnect with their intuition, to start to trust themselves again.
Strategies are useful when someone is disconnected from himself. But they become prisons when someone is ready to trust themselves.
At some point, learning more is not growth anymore — it’s avoidance. Avoidance of feeling. Avoidance of listening. Avoidance of choosing. Avoidance of standing in one’s own authority.
Real coaching is not “Here is how to think and what to do.” Real coaching is “Do you trust yourself enough to feel what is true for you, and take action?”
Sovereignty is not rebellion. It's 100% responsibility. It’s the moment you stop outsourcing your truth. Authority is not domination. It’s coherence between what you feel, what you say, and what you do. Intuition is not random. It’s your nervous system reading reality faster than your mind. It's why intuition doesn't explain itself.
The next generation of coaches won’t create followers. They will create creators, authors, sovereigns, leaders. They won’t build dependency. They will build self-trust. They won’t be impressive. They will be liberating.
Truth bomb:
If your coaching makes people need you, it’s not coaching. If your coaching makes people trust themselves, it is.

I'm not disciplined. I put systems in place to make discipline less hard.
The most disciplined people I know don't have more willpower. They just make fewer decisions.
Gym bag packed the night before. Phone charges in another room. Morning routine runs the same way every day without thinking.
They're not battling temptation. They removed it.
You see someone consistent and assume they're built different. They're not. They just got tired of relying on motivation and started relying on systems instead.
Every decision is a tax on your energy. Decide what to eat, when to work out, whether to check your phone—and you've burned through half your willpower before noon.
The game isn't to be stronger. It's to need less strength.
Set up your environment so the default action is the right action. That's discipline. Everything else is just hoping you'll feel like it.
You won't.

During a magic mushroom ceremony I did two years ago, I received a very important message:
I had asked the mushrooms to show me how I am loved and supported by Life, no matter what choices I make. And since mushrooms often speak in images, I suddenly felt myself sink softly into the couch, and I heard: Look how supported you are! All of this is you. You, the couch, the floor, the soil under the floor etc.
The only reason Life would not support you is if you stopped supporting yourself — and even then, Life would still be supporting you in that experience.
So all you have to do is love yourself, support yourself, and the outer world will adjust accordingly, because there is no separation between you and the outside world. Even though, for the sake of the human experience, you temporarily live in a body that appears separate from the rest.
That’s when I understood that Life always supports us 100%, unconditionally, no matter what we believe about it. If I believe I must suffer and work hard to survive, Life will support me in that belief.
If I believe I am a divine being, living in paradise here and now, and that I only have to think of something and ask Life to bring it to me, then Life will support me in that too.
The only difference between the person who believes they must struggle to survive and the one who believes they live in paradise is their beliefs.
How much do you love yourself and feel worthy of living in paradise? How much do you believe you deserve everything good in Life?
No matter what our answers are, Life will always support you in your beliefs... unwaveringly. So choose your beliefs wisely.
