I will be going back to college in July to obtain my diploma in Addictions and community support worker . I'm very excited to have a government job and a rewarding career in this line of work. I used to be a rehab worker so makes it easier for me.

1 year ago today I lost not only a best friend a mentor and beautiful person who loved life and has the biggest heart. ❤️ I lost a mom and today like every day since you left us ,you are so dearly missed. Miss you so much mom. But we all know your in good hands.

Redemption is what the Rebels need to clinch a playoff position
The Rebels can clinch a playoff spot Friday with a win over Winnipeg combined with a Regina win at Brandon (regulation or OT/SO) or a Moose Jaw regulation win versus Swift Current . . . Saturday’s home game is ATB Financial Team Poster Night and the entire Rebels team will sign autographs post-game . . . When the Kelowna Rockets visit on Saturday it’ll mark the end of the longest drought between visits by a Rebels opponent. The last time the Rebels and Rockets played in Red Deer was Nov. 16, 2018.

PRINCE GEORGE, BC – The Red Deer Rebels ended off their four game road trip with a 7-1 loss to the Prince George Cougars.
The Cougars had a 1-0 lead after the opening period on a goal from Troy Bourke.
In the second period, the Cougars erupted for three goals. Zach Pochiro, Brad Morrison, and Todd Fiddler gave the Cougars a 4-0 lead after 40 minutes.
Taz Burman came into the game for the Rebels at the start of the third period in relief of Patrik Bartosak. The Rebels scored early in the third on a goal from Aspen Sterzer. But the Cougars added three more as Troy Bourke, Brad Morrison, and Todd Fiddler found the twine.
The final shots were 38-19 in favour of the Cougars. The Rebels were 0 for 3 on the power play, while the Cougars were 1 for 4.
The Rebels host the Medicine Hat Tigers on Wednesday.

KELOWNA, BC – The Red Deer Rebels made a late charge but could not come back from a 4-0 deficit, eventually dropping a 4-3 decision to the Kelowna Rockets.
The Rockets came out of the gate flying, scoring twice in the first 1:34. The Rebels replaced starting netminder Taz Burman with Patrik Bartosak. The Rockets added two more goals, taking a 4-0 lead after the first period.
The second period, the outshot the Rockets 13-9 but couldn’t solve Rockets goaltender Jackson Whistle.
In the third, the Rebels scored three times, Evan Polei scored first then Aspen Sterzer popped two more. The Rebels pressed and Whistle held the fort.
The final shots were 41-38 for Kelowna. The Rebels were 0/4 on the power play and killed all 3 shorthanded situations.
