Great having Alvin with us at class Wednesday night! Worked some triangle choke options from when your opponent attempts to defend by hiding the inside arm. Also saw a nice arm triangle from mount from Alvin😎

was promoted to Brown belt Wednesday night! It is with immense pride and great pleasure that I presented Derek with his well earned promotion. Anyone that knows him knows that he works hard at his craft and is always pushing himself to grow and evolve. I know everyone at Genki Jiu-Jitsu is lucky to have him as a training partner.
