Which of these do you tend to prioritize more: objective or subjective? 🤔
If the objective is your priority, a run might simply mean hopping on the treadmill, burning the desired calories, and calling it a day. 🏃🏽♂️
Mission accomplished. ✅
But if the subjective experience is your priority, maybe that same run happens outdoors with a friend. 🌳
Maybe you choose a scenic route, a lively neighbourhood, or a trail that helps clear your mind. 🌅
The calories burned may be the same, but the experience can feel completely different. 💭
Neither approach is inherently better than the other. ⚖️
The important thing is recognizing which one you’re prioritizing and why. 🧠
Many of us lean too heavily in one direction without realizing it. 🔄
Sometimes we become so focused on efficiency and results that we forget to enjoy the process. 📈
Other times we focus so much on enjoyment that we neglect the outcomes we’re hoping to achieve. 🎯
Finding the right balance is often where fulfilment lives. 🌱
Choose whichever approach makes sense for you. 👌🏽
Just understand that different priorities tend to produce different results. 📊
And regardless of which path you choose, make sure you’re taking care of yourself. 💯
Nobody can do that for you. 🙌🏽

If your issue isn’t knowing what to do, but actually finding the time to do it, here’s a suggestion. 💡
Try attaching a couple of minutes of the habit you’re trying to build onto something you already do consistently. 🔗
Want to stretch more? Do it after brushing your teeth. 🪥
Want to work on your mobility? Do it while your coffee is brewing. ☕
Want to do your rehab exercises? Do them before you sit down to watch TV. 📺
The less decisions you have to make, the easier it becomes to stay consistent. 🧠
“Later this evening” and “sometime tomorrow” sound productive, but they’re often just delays in disguise. ⏳
An objective time is usually better than an arbitrary one. 📅
Help yourself help yourself by creating systems that make success easier. 🚀
Accountability matters. 🤝🏽
Not all, but many people with lingering symptoms spend more time explaining why they can’t do something than figuring out how they can. ⚖️
The reality is that small actions performed consistently tend to beat good intentions every single time. 📈
Take care of yourself, no one can do that for you. 💯

One of my favourite perspectives from the Dalai Lama is when he talks about how people sacrifice their health to make money, then later spend that money trying to regain their health. 💰🫀
He mentions how people become so anxious about the future that they stop truly living in the present. ⏳
That idea always sticks with me because so many of us spend our days rushing from one responsibility to the next, telling ourselves we’ll slow down “eventually.” 🏃♂️
Eventually when work calms down. 📅
Eventually when finances improve. 💰
Eventually when stress is lower. 🌧️
Eventually when life feels more organized. 📈
But life is happening right now, not someday in the future. 🌎
Sometimes truly living isn’t about luxury, status, or constant achievement. 🧠
Sometimes it’s the simple things that we overlook every single day. 🌿
It’s sitting down and actually enjoying a meal instead of eating while distracted. 🍲
It’s going for a walk and noticing the fresh air, the trees, the sunlight, and the quiet around you. 🚶🌲
It’s spending uninterrupted time with family or friends without staring at a screen every few minutes. 👨👩👧👦📱
It’s resting without guilt. 😌
It’s listening to your body before burnout forces you to stop. 🛌
It’s taking care of your hands, your back, your joints, your sleep, and your mind before problems begin. 💪
A lot of people are constantly preparing for life without realizing they’re already in it. ⚠️
We postpone happiness, peace, health, and presence while chasing goals that never fully end. 🎯
And while ambition and hard work are important, there’s also value in slowing down enough to appreciate what already exists around us. 🌅
Your health, your mobility, your energy, your loved ones, your ability to move, think clearly, and experience life are things that can easily be taken for granted until they change. ❤️
Please take care of yourself, nobody else can do that for you. 🤝
Your hands do a lot more for you than you probably give them credit for. ✋🏽
From texting and typing to carrying groceries and lifting weights, they’re working all day long. 📱
Even things like swinging a hammer or opening jars quietly add up over time. 🔧
And yet, we rarely take a moment to give them any attention back. 🤔
Try this simple technique and notice how it feels in your hands. ✨
It only takes 30 seconds, but it can go a long way in keeping them feeling good and moving well. ⏱️
If you want your hands to keep showing up for you without issues, it makes sense to show a little care in return. 🤝🏽
Small habits like this can make a real difference over time. 🌱
Share this with someone who could benefit from it. 📲
High five! 🙌🏽
How many luxuries are you taking for granted? 🤔
There are so many things we do every day that previous generations simply didn’t have access to. 🌍
Driving at high speeds with ease. 🚗
Seeing photos and videos from thousands of kilometres away instantly. 📱
Having a body that lets you walk, run, climb, and explore without restriction. 🏃🏽♂️
All of this starts to feel “normal” when you experience it every day. 🧠
But normal doesn’t mean it’s not valuable. 💡
Recognizing that value naturally shifts you into a more grateful mindset. 🌱
And gratitude changes how you move through your day. 🔄
It’s easy these days to slip into negativity, especially with too much screen time or too much time stuck in your own thoughts. 📵
But zooming out and appreciating what you actually have can reset everything. 🌅
A healthier perspective leads to a healthier mind. 🧘🏽♂️
Take a moment to recognize your luxuries more often, and I think life gets better for everyone because of it. 💯
It’s easy to see someone in great shape and assume the gym is the whole story. 👀
You might see the workout. 🏋️🏽♂️
You might see the run, the lift, the sweat, and the effort. 💦
But what you don’t see is often what matters most. 🎭
You don’t see their nutrition. 🥗
You don’t see what time they went to bed. 😴
You don’t see how much water they drank that day. 💧
You don’t see how many steps they’re getting throughout the day, which is a huge and often overlooked part of overall health. 🚶🏽♂️
You don’t see the meals they said no to, the habits they stayed consistent with, or the choices they made when nobody was watching. 🚪
That’s why sometimes you’ll meet people who look incredibly fit but you rarely see them in the gym. 🤔
Or people who can enjoy treats here and there without it seeming to “catch up” to them. 🍪
It’s usually not magic. ✨
And it’s usually not genetics like people love to assume. 🧬
More often than not, it’s what’s being done behind the scenes. 🎬
The quiet habits. 🔄
The boring consistency. 📈
The decisions made when no one is clapping, watching, or keeping score. 👏🏽
That’s where accountability really starts. 💡
Because when you’re alone, the only person who can keep you accountable… is you. 💯
Take care of yourself, no one can do that for you. 🙌🏽
There are plenty of reasons to take part in a community run. 🏃🏽♂️
The fitness benefits are obvious, but one thing that often goes underappreciated is the sense of community that comes with it. 🤝🏽
There’s something special about sharing a few kilometres, a few words, or even just a quick smile with someone who was a complete stranger moments before. 😊
And somehow, those brief interactions can leave a lasting impression. 🌱
In a world where we’re more digitally connected than ever, genuine face-to-face human interaction matters. 📱
Real conversations, real energy, real people. ⚡
No filters, no notifications, no endless scrolling. 🚫
Just people showing up, moving their bodies, and sharing a moment together. 🏃🏽♀️
If building more in-person connection is something you’ve been wanting, maybe this is your sign. 👀
Sign up for that next community run near you. 📝
You might be surprised what you gain beyond just the exercise. 💡
Take care of yourself, nobody can do that for you. 💯
