VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Rockin' The Mountains is quickly approaching, and we are still looking for a few community members to help make this event a success.

We are currently in need of:
• Bartenders 🍻
• Ticket Sellers 🎟
• Parking Volunteers 🚗

Whether you can help for a few hours or an entire shift, your support is greatly appreciated. This event would not be possible without the volunteers who step up to help bring it to life.

$10 per night, per unit

This event was built to bring our communities together and showcase some of the best Indian Relay teams, cowboys, cowgirls, horses, bulls, and steers around. We need your help filling the grandstands! Our contestants will bring the show — now let's show them the support they deserve.

CAMPING INFORMATION

Contestant camping is free for all relay teams participating in Rockin' The Mountains

For spectators wishing to camp on-site, camping is available for $10 per unit, per night, payable at the entrance gate. Campground attendants will be checking throughout the weekend.

Please note that Rockin' The Mountains does not receive any portion of the camping fees. These fees have been established by the owner of the grounds and all proceeds go directly to the municipality.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation and look forward to an exciting weekend of Indian Relay racing, bull riding, and community celebration.

INDIAN RELAY TEAMS

For teams looking for horse boarding during Rockin' The Mountains, here are a few options located within approximately 20 minutes of the grounds. There are several other facilities in the area as well.

Teams are responsible for contacting boarding facilities directly and making their own arrangements.

There is ample room in the contestant field at the grounds for all teams who bring their own panels or electric fencing and wish to stay with their horses.

There is a limited number of pens in the infield available for rent. Please note that horses in the infield pens will be locked in from approximately 10:30 PM until early morning and camping or having your trailer near the horses is not available.
