Hello Trainees Happy New Year! It's been awhile but I'm slowly but surely trying to get back into teaching & training. So if your interested in starting to exercise with me again classes will start on Tuesday January 29th at 8:00pm
And Friday February 1st at 8:30am. I will start back with Tuesday evening & Friday morning ,Location will be at the Holy Cross Parish center in Rosemere on Montée Lesage. Class cards are still valid for those who have remaining classes. ( I have a journal) Fee is $10.00 class. Only thing required are comfortable exercise clothes, running shoes, water bottle & your own Matt 🙏 Please try to confirm attendance but drop in is welcome! These classes are for women only.We will be doing a whole body workout using weights but also your own body weight ( number one way of exercising for 2019 according to Fitness & Health sources)Matt work for core & calming breathing poses.
