Trail Kids 2026 Registration opens on Wednesday, April 15th at 8am at the link below.

Trail Kids is being planned for spring 2026.

Our dates will be on Sundays at 6:30 pm from May 31 to June 28.
Registration will open on April 15th.

Trail Kids is cancelled for tonight, June 22, 2025 due to weather and wet/slippery trail conditions.

Our final session is rescheduled to Tuesday night, June 24.

Hello Trail Kids Participants,

Running will begin at 6pm, and will be led by Volunteers from the Saint John Trail Running group. Please arrive at 5:30pm for registration.

Unfortunately, due to some issues with the printers, shirts are not available for this week's session. We will have shirts ready for distribution at next Sunday's session. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

Bring water bottles as we will have water and Gatorade filling stations and some snacks for the end of the run.

Parents with children under the age of 7 (preschool and kindergarten) are required to run/walk with the kids.

Registration Opens April 20

Trail Kids will be happening again this year for five weeks from May 25 to June 22, and we are expanding the group to a maximum of 200 kids.

Good News - Trail Kids will be happening again this year for 5 weeks from May 25 - June 22, thanks to the continued support of the SJ Trail Runners, SJ Reds Track & Field and River & Trail Outdoor Company. Stay tuned for more information about where and when to register.

Trail Kids Cancelled for June 23.

Unfortunately, we have to cancel Trail Kids due to thunder and lightning in the forecast. We will advise about a rain date soon if we are able to make one work.
