Hey folks. We have ice time available for purchase. Its at the QMA on Saturday, Dec. 6th at 7:45pm.

Nov. 22nd, 1:15 to 3:30 pm at the QPlex.
Nov. 22nd, 10:45 AM at RNS

Nov. 23rd, 8:15 AM at RNS

Our U11s are looking for 6 hours of ice between Sept. 23 to 30. Anyone not using an hour within those dates?

Hey folks, here is my first attempt at using this thing. We have a conflict in our schedule. Would anyone be interested in trading for our September 8th (8pm and 9:15)and 10th (5pm and 8:45)ice times at the Qplex. We need early evening times for our U11s.

I created this page as a place for hockey organizers/coordinators of minor associations, hockey camps/schools to come and trade or donate unused or extra ice in the event that teams are away for tournaments, etc. won't go unused. Over the last few years, I have noted, via Facebook posts. Where I would show up to the rink for either my men's league or coaching my minor hockey team. And find that the ice time before or after us, there was no one using that ice time. A lot of the times, I found was that the owners of that ice time were away for a tournament or a scheduling error. So I started tracking it on Facebook. Last year I observed 12 hours of unused ice. Then I would receive messages from other coaches, parents, etc. that would send me pictures of the same thing happening in their rinks. So this was my idea to have one place for all involved to be able to communicate planned or last minute notifications that, Hey, we have ice available on this day/rink/time and to see if anyone else could use this time. And a trade could be made or donated. Obviously there will be some sort of coordination with the towns and associations. But at least we would see these missed opportunities happen less. And the kids will benefit all the way around. If anybody has any suggestions on how to make improvements, or maybe there is something that I am missing. Please, don't hesitate to speak up.
