Today marks ONE YEAR since I moved into my new studio, my second home. It’s hard to believe how fast time has passed, but every minute has been worth it.

1: Keep your elbows tucked
Don’t flare them out. Keep them tucked and controlled, and avoid locking out at the top so the chest stays under constant tension.

2: Eliminate momentum
Don’t bounce the dumbbells. Stay stable, keep your shoulders back, maintain a slight lower-back arch, and control the full movement.

3: Control your breathing
Inhale on the way down, exhale on the way up, and stay composed through every rep.

3 Top Tips for Perfect Cable Row Form

1️⃣ Keep Your Elbows Tucked: Avoid flaring them out. This ensures better muscle engagement and reduces strain.

2️⃣ Relax Your Traps: Keep them relaxed and suppressed to maintain proper form and avoid unnecessary tension.

3️⃣ Control Your Movement: Avoid using momentum during the row, although power and torque might be necessary , never put yourself at risk of injury. Keep the motion steady and controlled for maximum effectiveness.
