The last couple months of building better systems have humbled me in ways I didn’t expect. Consistency over intensity, more to come.

Thank you, November, for a month of growth and new routines. I’ve been embracing new systems and trying to bring more structure to the chaos, and it’s been a challenging but rewarding grind behind the scenes. I’m grateful for the progress and for ending the month on a positive note. Excited to face new challenges and keep growing.

Year one of North Wrestle is in the books.

It’s been such a good learning experience becoming an all-around creator, from Photoshop and video editing to photo editing, building data systems for rankings and stats, and even making T-shirts.

I’ve been to over 15 tournaments, both competing and filming, which was tough but so worth it. One of the best parts was getting to watch my little brother Jonah wrestle all season.

I’m also so thankful for everyone’s patience as I took a much-needed break. It gave me time to reset and come back with even more drive for what’s ahead.

This year I won’t be competing, but I’m excited to keep growing North Wrestle and capture the sport from a new perspective.

Proud of how far things have come and even more excited for what’s next.
