Well, here is the one month review of the OneTigris Firewatch harness.
We chose to go on this route, because we tried Ruffwear dog packs and found a few problems. Ruffwear has proven very difficult to get a good fit with. Despite numerous attempts, the harness was either way too loose or too tight.
In addition, the zippers and buckles proved to be difficult to use ,due to small size and not great quality.
The OneTigris Firewatch harness is built very sturdily! Large buckles make it easy to get on and off. The webbing is heavy duty and wide. One month in,no fraying or weakened spots at all.
The MOLLE attachments make it easy to attach pouches of any size, making it easy to load it up with gear and not have the harness flopping all over the place.
As of today, there are no loose threads visible. It gets multiple uses every day and gets rolled on/ dragged through bushes and grass/ gets wet in rain and dew.
Based on this,Bond is happy to endorse OneTigris equipment. Functional, comfortable and durable equipment that will withstand abuse and still be there in good shape.
Well, today is the one week product review of 008s OneTigris harness.
The harness has proven to be quite comfortable, according to Bond. The chest plate and the straps were very easily adjusted and STAYED adjusted. Other harnesses and dog packs have proven to be difficult to adjust, never mind STAY adjusted.
The cooling mesh helps him to ventilate heat, while keeping him comfortable.
The body of the harness is quite water resistant. I emptied a litre of water on him,in order to cool off and the harness stayed dry.
The MOLLE webbing, while bring stiff due to its newness, accepted an administration pouch easily. Bond now carries waste removal bags and some treats.
Overall,we are impressed with this harness. The next month will subject it to Grunt Proof lab testing protocols. If it hangs together and is still usable, it will get the BBA seal of approval.
Stay tuned for the one month VIDEO review.

We decided that the Ruffwear pack just was not working out,due to fitment issues. On the advice of a friend,we picked up a OneTigris Firewatch 2.0 harness.
Right out of the packaging, the first thing you notice is the quality. Made of rugged but lightweight materials, with large fastex buckles,we couldn’t find any bad or missed stitches.
Getting it fitted was very easy. Four buckles with a good amount of webbing for adjustment, with easy and intuitive adjustments. Five minutes later,it was on and comfortable. With the Ruffwear pack,he was never comfortable and always tried to roll out of it.
Last, but not least ,the ability to to attach pouches for carrying stuff. MOLLE loops, combined with Velcro, will make sure that Bond can carry stuff and be comfortable all day. Elastic cord will hold down a sleeping pad or a small tent.
So far,4.5 stars out of five. We will post a review in a week, after it’s carried some weight and had a chance to settle in.
Bond has decided to do a product review. Coming up later today… a review of the OneTigris Firewatcher 2.0 harness. He will follow up with a one week, one month and six month review.
