The beauty of attending live online yoga is that you get to focus on what you need. At the start of every online live yoga class, participants can type in the chat what they want to work on in that class. Then, I create a class to address all the areas attendants need🙂If you can tell your yoga instructor what you want to focus on, what will it be?Join me weekly live online for 1 hr of Yin Yoga.

Here is your opportunity to try class for FREE!

This will be different from any yoga classes you find in a studio. You will learn specific movements, stretches, and releases to help you prevent injuries, speed up recovery and improve your performance.

You don’t need to be a triathlete or a runner to sign up. Anyone who is interested in learning how the body moves and wants to live a pain-free life is welcome!
