Our newest Signature Event, The Equine Experience, debuts May 2 & 3, 2026, bringing together the next generation of riders and horse enthusiasts.

Rooted in agriculture and developed for youth with all levels of experience, this hands-on event offers:
✅ Certified clinician-led sessions for all skill levels.
✅ An open-air marketplace with equine & western goods.
✅ A space to connect, share knowledge, and grow as a community.

With a 140-year legacy of supporting agricultural leadership, Prairieland is evolving its events to provide education, skills, and connection for today’s horse community.

Karletta DeWitt of H Bar Performance Horses brings a thoughtful, fundamentals-based approach to barrel racing that helps riders understand why things work, not just how. Her clinic focuses on building consistency, refining cues, and creating runs that hold up under pressure.

This clinic is open to riders at all levels, with applications still available for:

Strong horsemanship is the foundation of everything that follows — safety, confidence, communication, and performance.

Led by clinician Jessica Wruck, this hands-on horsemanship clinic focuses on building practical skills and confidence when working with horses. Participants will learn safe, thoughtful approaches to handling, understanding, and communicating with their horses — skills that support every discipline and every level of rider.

Held during The Equine Experience, this clinic is part of Prairieland Ag’s commitment to youth equine education and foundational learning that lasts.

• Saturday, May 2 | 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Sunday, May 3 | 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
📍 Location: Prairieland Ag Center

We are accepting a maximum of 5 participants per level:
✅ Novice
✅ Intermediate
✅ Advanced

💲 Registration Fee: $200
🐎 In-ring participation required
