Here you will find previews of some kick-ass, functional, high intensity workouts. Each workout provides a blast to the entire body, and not one workout is the same. You can find them housed on YouTube @Pulse Power with Aidan. I'm am also a full-time school teacher. When I am not working with kids, I am making workouts. I do not post daily, but when I do, its because I have created something that I am proud to share! I hope you can experience the same benefit from these workouts as I do!
