As another incredible Canada Cup comes to a close, we just want to take a moment to say thank you.

Our 222’s Canada Cup team was made up of athletes from across Canada and the United States. Many had never met before, yet after just one practice and one exhibition game, they came together like they’d been teammates for years. Watching this group buy into each other, compete with heart, and represent the 222’s family was something special.

One of the biggest highlights came in our final game, where we pushed Chinese Taipei, currently ranked #3 in the world, right to the very end in an exciting 7–6 battle. Finishing Top 6 at the Canada Cup exceeded all of our expectations, and we couldn’t be prouder of what this team accomplished.

A huge thank you to the Canada Cup organizers for once again hosting a world-class tournament and creating such an incredible experience for athletes from around the world.

To our amazing team host Naomi and Terry, our bat girl Ganessa Leigh, and all of the 222’s parents and players competing on various teams throughout the tournament—thank you. We truly felt your support every step of the way.

To our Coaches Gary and Kayla, thank you for sacrificing family time and for taking time away from work to help lead this group. Your dedication means so much.

Thank you to everyone who cheered us on, followed along, and supported us throughout the week. We wish all of our athletes, coaches, and families the very best for the rest of the summer. ❤️🥎
