Friendly reminder from your anti-diet dietitian: your workouts are supposed to feel supported, not survived 👏🏼
These are my non-negotiables before & after a workout👇🏼
✨ EAT — before AND after. Your body needs carbs for energy, period. Skipping food before a workout is one of the fastest ways to feel weak, dizzy, exhausted, and wonder why your lifts feel harder than usual. And eating after? Just as important. Recovery matters. Your muscles, energy levels, hormones, and mood will thank you.
✨ HYDRATE — and no, coffee alone doesn’t count 😂 Have some water before your workout. Hydration impacts strength, endurance, focus, and recovery way more than people realize. And while we’re here: not everyone needs electrolytes 24/7. If you aren’t doing intense endurance training or sweating heavily, plain water is probably enough.
✨ STRETCH — before and after. Mobility and recovery become more important as we age, and your body deserves care outside of just “pushing harder.” A few minutes of stretching can go a long way in helping prevent injuries and reducing soreness.
You do not need to punish your body to be healthy. Fueling and caring for it will always outperform running on empty

A little money and a little snacky snack is all a girl needs 💅🏼
“You’re so funny.”
Thanks, I grew up thinking being the skinniest girl in the room was somehow an accomplishment.
A lot of us were taught to turn girlhood into a competition. Who ate the least. Who looked the smallest. Who was “disciplined.” And for so many women, humor became the coping mechanism for the pressure we were under.
Part of becoming an anti-diet dietitian for me was realizing how much time, energy, and self-worth got tied to comparison instead of actually living.
If this resonates, you’re not alone 💛 I only have 1 spot left in my 1:1 coaching. Message me to chat 🫶🏼
This video isn’t meant to scare you.
It’s meant to show you how long these patterns can stick around if we don’t address them.
You deserve more than a lifetime of food stress and “starting over.”
I have 1 spot left for 1:1 coaching right now.
If you’ve been thinking about it, this might be your moment 🤍
Send me a message and we’ll see if it’s a fit.

Influencers I’m unfollowing as an anti-diet dietitian 🚫✨
Not all nutrition content is created equal—and some of it can actively harm your relationship with food and your body.
Here’s what I pay attention to when deciding what stays on my feed:
– Is this rooted in evidence or fear?
– Does this promote rigidity or flexibility?
– Do I feel informed… or judged?
Nutrition should support your life—not control it.
If your feed is increasing guilt, anxiety, or confusion around food, it might be time to reassess who you’re following.
Which of these have you noticed on your feed? 👀
If you’re ready to build a more sustainable, evidence-based relationship with food, I have 2 spots open for 1:1 coaching 💬
