Watching this second 12-week Yoga & Strength program with come to an end has been incredibly rewarding.
The physical results were amazing especially the transformation of the body composition progress. Week after week, these women showed up. They pushed through challenges, building strength not only in their bodies, but in their mindset.
You could see the shift… more confidence, more resilience, more belief in themselves. 🔥
This program wasn’t just about building muscle—it was about creating balance. Through strength training, they developed lean muscle and physical power, while the yoga component supported recovery, reduced stress, and helped restore hormonal balance.
It became a space where discipline turned into empowerment, and where individual journeys came together to create genuine friendships and support.

She Didn’t “Bounce Back” — She Rebuilt Herself 💫
What a great way to “progress ” and not “begin” her fitness journey in this new year of 2026!
From August to December 2025, this incredible mama committed to her health with Fit By Carla through online training 3x/week, and the transformation goes far beyond the scale. 💪🏻
✔️ –21 lbs of body fat
✔️ Weight dropped from 163 lbs to 142 lbs
✔️ Waist–hip ratio improved from 0.99 to 0.93
✔️ Visceral fat reduced from 12 to 9
✔️ BMI back into the healthy range

Like many women after pregnancy, she struggled with a postpartum belly — which is often not just fat, but the result of core weakness, muscle separation, and loss of muscle mass.

We just completed the first 12-weeks of our Yoga & Strength Program for hormones balance, rebuilding trust in the body, and strengthening the muscles that support us as women — physically, emotionally, and hormonally.
And I can’t stop thinking about the incredible women who made this journey unforgettable! 💕
