This 90-minute class with Carla will be a steady pace to open the entire body. Expect strong standing sequences, hip openers, back bends, and a playful arm balance or two, followed by meditation.​​​​​​​​

Aug 3 7 pm at Buena Vista park. Still time to enjoy these beautiful Saskatoon nights with outdoor yoga. This will be a all levels yang yin style of practice. As always weather dependent😉, I will post on social media about any cancellation.

Hard to believe it’s the July long weekend, the wrap up of school, and the start of holidays for many of us.
Online classes are continuing so even as you travel you can make time to practice. If your heading to the lake and you want to grab a couple classes while there message about doing just a few, morning yoga classes are the best way to start your day and often the nicest ☀️ part of the day!
