We meet three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10am for jogging/walking around the river. Also lunges, squats etc. Hello!
I'm very excited to be creating a group of women that want to get in shape and make friends! All fitness levels welcome. We meet in front of Broadway Roastry shortly before 10am(there's free parking about a block away).
