✨ The Power of Community, Connection & Gratitude ✨My heart is so full! 💜
Thank you to all the wonderful Reiki students who joined me for our Reiki Share at The Healing Loft last night!
The importance of community has been a beautiful recurring theme in my life these past few weeks.
It began at the Align Yoga Festival at The Machine Shop last month, continued at the Healing Touch Annual Instructor Gathering and Sacred Hearth Community Wellness’s magical Cultural Fantasy Ball last weekend, and culminated in our Reiki Share last night.
And the connections continue! Next month brings a retreat in Mexico with Align Yoga Method, followed by our annual Winter Solstice Reiki Master Potluck and Gift Exchange in December. ✨
All of these experiences remind me of something I believe so deeply.
We are meant to gather, connect and support one another.
There is something incredibly powerful about having places like The Healing Loft where people can come together, feel welcomed, and experience a sense of belonging.
Through retreats, Reiki Shares, Healing Touch practice sessions, yoga, workshops and celebrations, we build meaningful relationships.
We see familiar faces, welcome new ones, celebrate each other’s joys, witness each other’s challenges and support one another through life’s many changes.
Sometimes we offer support. Sometimes we receive it. And through it all, we grow together.
Community reminds us that we don’t have to walk our healing journeys alone. 💜
I am so grateful for The Healing Loft, the Healing Touch Program, Access Consciousness, The Reiki School of Energy Healing, Align Yoga Method and Sacred Hearth Community Wellness.
But most of all, I am grateful for the beautiful people who bring these communities to life.
What an amazing time to be learning, healing, growing and connecting!
