The time has come to officially introduce the FOUNDING MEMBERS of the RDC Inspire Team! ✨

These dancers were chosen for more than what they bring to the stage. They represent commitment, character, leadership, perseverance, kindness and the willingness to keep growing.

Here’s a little bit about WHY THEY INSPIRE… 💜

🌟 JUDE

Jude works hard, takes on challenges and isn’t afraid to be completely himself. He brings his own personality to everything he does and leaves a little piece of it on the dance floor every time he performs. ✨

His individuality, determination and willingness to keep growing make him someone our younger dancers can look up to.

🌟 SOPHIE

Sophie brings her FIERCE attitude and personality to every performance! 🔥 When she hits the stage, she knows how to make her presence known.

She has also stepped up her dedication to training — working hard, pushing herself and focusing on improving her technique. That commitment to becoming better is what makes her inspiring.

🌟 NORIE

Norie has an unwavering commitment to her craft. When she commits to something, she is 1000% ALL IN. 💜

She shows up on time, prepared and ready to learn, and is always looking for ways to improve. Her dedication, dependability and drive are an incredible example of what commitment looks like.

🌟 DAELYN

Daelyn is someone who steps up without being asked. 💜 At performances, you can often find her helping our littlest dancers and making sure they have someone there to support them.

She is also always practicing and putting in the extra work to improve. Her commitment, kindness and willingness to help never go unnoticed. ✨

🌟 EVA

Eva truly shines in every genre she steps into. ✨ Her versatility is matched by her outstanding commitment to both her training and her team.

You can always find Eva being kind, helping her fellow dancers and finding ways to make others feel special — even making friendship bracelets for her teammates! 💜

🌟 LIV

Liv is the definition of PERSEVERANCE. ✨ She continues to push through every obstacle she faces with determination and a commitment to becoming the strongest dancer she can be.

Her dedication to learning, improving and continuing to push herself is an incredible example for the dancers around her. 💜

These six dancers each INSPIRE in their own way — and that is exactly what this team is about.

Throughout the season, they will have opportunities to lead, mentor, work alongside our RDC teachers and help inspire the next generation of dancers.

This year, we’re welcoming 33 BRAND NEW STUDENTS into the RDC family! 🥹🖤

Thank you to the families in our community and surrounding areas for choosing RDC, trusting us with your dancers, and supporting what we’re building.

A select student leadership team created for competitive dancers who are ready to step into something bigger, as leaders, mentors and role models within RDC.

Dancers were invited to apply for this special opportunity, putting themselves forward to take on a whole new level of leadership within our studio. ✨

Being chosen isn’t just about talent.

It’s about character. Leadership. Commitment. Growth.
And becoming someone the next generation of RDC dancers can look up to. 💜

These dancers will take on special leadership roles throughout the season while learning what it truly means to LEAD and INSPIRE.

✨ STAFF SPOTLIGHT — MISS SARAH ✨

Today’s Staff Spotlight is shining on Miss Sarah, RDC’s Yoga Teacher & Wellness Instructor! 🧘‍♀️💜

Sarah is passionate about helping individuals find balance, strength and connection through movement and mindfulness. Her warm and inclusive approach creates a space where people of all ages, abilities and experience levels can feel comfortable exploring their practice.

Through a blend of physical postures, breathwork and meditation, Sarah encourages self-awareness, stress reduction and overall physical and emotional wellness.

Her goal is simple — for every participant to leave class feeling grounded, empowered and refreshed. ✨

Rebound Dance Company is teaming up with The Fourth Medicine and Miss Sarah to create a welcoming space to move your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

✨ HATHA YOGA
Wednesdays | 7:00–8:00 PM

A chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, release stress, improve flexibility and strength, and simply take an hour for YOU.

💕 MOM/POP & TOT YOGA
Wednesdays | 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
4-week & 8-week sessions available

A beautiful opportunity for parents and little ones to slow down and connect through gentle movement, bonding, and mindfulness.

✨ STAFF SPOTLIGHT — MISS LYNSEY ✨

Today we’re shining the spotlight on RDC’s incredible ballet teacher, Miss Lynsey! 🩰💙

Miss Lynsey brings over 20 years of experience teaching, adjudicating, preparing dancers for examinations, and creating competitive choreography. Her knowledge, experience, and passion for ballet make her such an important part of the Rebound Dance Company team.

Miss Lynsey has been a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance since 2003, preparing students for both graded and vocational examinations from Pre-Primary all the way through Advanced 2. 🌟

What we appreciate most about Miss Lynsey is the dedication she brings to her dancers. She believes in developing not only beautiful ballet technique, but also discipline, confidence, strength, and a genuine love of dance.

Whether she’s working with a dancer on the foundations of ballet or helping one of our competitive dancers take their technique to the next level, Miss Lynsey brings an incredible depth of knowledge into the studio.

We are so fortunate to have her experience and passion at RDC and can’t wait for another season of learning and growing with Miss Lynsey! 💙🩰
