This just in! F45 Training Squamish is offering a free week for every Lap the Bluffs runner.

They’ll be at the race on Saturday, leading the warmup before our 8:30am start!

Important info:

🏃 Pre-package pickup: 3:30pm-5:30pm SkiUphill
🏃🏻‍♀️ Race-day pickup: 7:20am-8:10am, McNaughton Park
🏃🏾‍♂️ All races start: 8:30am
👧 Little Lappers Race: 12:30pm(ish)
🏆 Draw Prizes: 1:00pm (you HAVE to be present to win your prize)

Today is the LAST day to register. It’s going to be fun and the weather looks 👌🏼

There are a few spots left in our Coffee Run. It’s a fun category because it’s 1 lap of our punchy and epically scenic course. Then you relax and enjoy watching the 3hr racers with coffee in hand, feeling accomplished.

You can race for the fastest time, run it as a casual jog, or even hike the course. Up to you!
