We’re excited to share a revised, simplified schedule for our after-school programs:

Monday: Hockey and Dance
Tuesday: Cheerleading
Wednesday: Baseball and Volleyball
Thursday: Boxing

Our programs are now focused on students in grades 3-6 from the following schools:

Holy Trinity Elementary
St. Francis of Assisi Elementary
Mary Queen of Peace Elementary
Vanier Elementary
St. Bonaventure’s College
Beachy Cove Elementary
Brookside Intermediate

**PLEASE NOTE: If you registered, and your child does not attend one of the school’s listed above, you will have 100% of your deposit refunded.**

Programming includes Baseball, Boxing, Cheerleading, Dance, Hockey, Soccer, and Volleyball.

Every program includes school pickup, transportation to facilities, and 1.5 hours of structured training led by the top coaches in the city — all built into one seamless experience.

SAE Academy NL is designed to be flexible, giving your child access to elite development on the days that work best for you.

Programs are open to children in Grades 3 to 6, with the exception of Cheerleading, which welcomes participants from Kindergarten through Grade 6.

SAE Academy NL's Elite After-School Development Program is a 40-week program that delivers elite coaching with trusted partners, safe transportation, and a clear weekly training pathway.

• 1 program per week: $2,500 + HST
• 2 programs per week: $4,500 + HST
• 3 programs per week: $6,375 + HST
• 4 programs per week: $8,000 + HST
• 5 programs per week: $9,375 + HST

As weekly participation increases, families receive greater value through reduced per-program pricing.

Spots are limited across all program levels to ensure small group training, high-quality coaching, and a strong athlete development environment.

We teamed up with SAE Academy NL to bring cheerleading right to your child's school day! Available Monday through Friday for kids in Kindergarten to Grade 6, with school pickup and transportation included.

Your athlete will get weekly practice with our expert CSSNL coaches, and working on tumbling, teamwork, and performance skills - all while having a blast! Whether they're brand new to cheer or already in the sport, this program is for them.
