Built in the 1860s , this home is getting completely refurbished to its original glory, with a few extra additions.

-Single family dwelling with Secondary suite, 3 bedroom 2 bath

-One bedroom king suite with galley kitchen and living room

-Two floors of open concept structural work

-New HRV systems and mini splits

-Complete exterior remodel including windows, doors and siding.

A very unconventional approach at framing this overhang led to some significant sag over the years.

We removed a ton of rot, levelled and supported the existing deck and most importantly picked up our roof points above with two new frost protected columns and big foots 💪

Apprentice Carpenter/Labourer

Job type will be full time with requirements as follows:

- Assist in various carpentry tasks under
certified red seal supervision
- Install wooden structures such as
partition walls, load bearing walls,
beams, trusses, floor joist and
engineered floor and truss packages.
- Installation of cabinetry, drywall,
insulation, shelving, etc.
- Select and Install various components of
trim and trim material
- Install various interior commercial
systems
- Install various residential and
commercial hardwares including door
handles, locks, closures, and hinges.
- Consult with coworkers and
management to ensure you are learning
and obtaining the best possible results!

** Must be enrolled as a first year apprentice or ready and willing to obtain an apprenticeship number for direct entry training**

Getting our footings prepped and poured for a custom new build last spring. Thanks for the help

Been working on this for quite some time now, years to be exact.

We are finally approved and under construction for this new build and couldn’t be more excited for the final product.

A pretty simple yet modern roof design, with long gable ends at the front and rear , allowing for conventional framed headers, raised heels for max insulation at the plate lines!

Some other notable features:

Finished up the structural framing on a new renovation project this past weekend.

From top to bottom we installed a new 18” x 24’ 3 ply LVL to open up the entire main floor

Carried by two new columns and a 36”x36” spread footing doweled into the existing
