Rick Sim Trucking Inc. is looking for a highly organized and driven Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations in Wabasca, Alberta. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong communication across all areas of the business and with our oilfield partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate daily with oil companies to ensure all KPIs and expectations are consistently met
* Work closely with dispatch to ensure loads are being hauled efficiently and delivered on time
* Ensure all owner/operators and drivers are compliant with company policies and oilfield procedures
* Oversee shop operations, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and in safe working condition
* Manage shop inventory and ensure necessary parts and supplies are stocked
* Direct and coordinate field supervisors on daily job tasks and priorities
* Provide daily progress reports and send summary emails outlining operational performance
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and overall operational performance
