Annaliese Oliver will be returning to the White Rock Renegades 2009 coaching staff as an assistant coach. After completing the Softball BC Female Youth Mentorship Program in 2021 she will be entering her third year coaching. Anna finished her last two years of minor softball as a renegade with the 2005 team. ⁣
⁣
She has earned 3 provincial medals with two golds, 2 national medals, and attended US nationals in 2022. Now, Anna is going into her second year studying social justice and French at the University of British Columbia.

Pleased to announce Jaidyn Mawhinney! Jaidyn is a former White Rock Renegade who spent 7 years as a player with the association. She continued on playing after high school at Seward County CC where she went on to complete her Associates of Arts Degree while earning All-Conference honours as a utility player. ⁣
⁣
After moving on from juco, Jaidyn played at Southwest Baptist University in one of the top Division 2 conferences in the U.S. While there, Jaidyn earned her Bachelors of Elementary Education and a Masters of Curriculum and Instruction in Education. Jaidyn also earned All-Conference honours as an outfielder in both her junior and senior seasons. ⁣
⁣
She currently sits top 3 in all time career batting average and on base percentage. Jaidyn continues to play and is a current member of Senior Storm Riske in the Women’s A league. While away from softball, Jaidyn enjoys playing ringette, coaching skating lessons and playing rugby in the BC premier Women’s league.

Renegades Sports Association are pleased to announce Khari Jones joins the 2009 Renegades with an outstanding history with the CFL, where he was a Head Coach, All Star, Most Outstanding Player, and QB Coach Grey Cup Champion. Khari played both baseball and football. He is a motivational speaker and University Professor of Sports Management.

Scott has many years of experience and has a vast knowledge of the game through his past teams competing both locally, south of the border, and at a Provincial and National level.
