Sport and physical activity has taken a big hit due to the Pandemic, especially in children and youth development of physical literacy skills. As a way to re-engage and jump start , this year we are proud to have 2 of our Bennett BRT junior paddleboards as draw prizes for top 3 places for board paddlers 13 and under.
Congratulations to Hyatt and Ava from for winning the draw prizes for this year at Sunset Lifesaving Carnival. We hope to see you train even harder in the upcoming waterfront season.

Finishing our last week of pool practice for the season. Learning freestyle turns
Took some underwater videos this week to review the swimmer’s progress. It’s shocking how 6 months ago, these swimmers have not even heard of “flip turns” before, let alone execute one with style. We’ll done Development A Division.
