Harvesting the last carrots of November โ€” sweet gifts from the cold earth, grown with love and shared to help feed those in need. ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ’›

๐Ÿ–๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ป The hands rise at midnightโ€ฆ and theyโ€™re hungry for pumpkins. ๐ŸŽƒ

Cold fingers claw from the soil, snatching glowing jack-oโ€™-lanterns into the dark. One squeezeโ€ฆ and the light goes out. ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ•ธ๏ธ

Gathered a few late broccoli florets for supper this evening โ€” cool from the autumn breeze, firm from the good earth, and a fine reminder that the garden still gives, even as the season wanes. ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿ‚๐ŸŒพ

As the golden hues of autumn paint the skies over Thunder Bay, the gentle slosh of water draining from the weathered barrels at Adventure 38 signals the tender close of yet another triumphant gardening season. ๐Ÿ‚๐ŸŒ…๐Ÿ’ง

Each drop that spills onto the earth carries memories of vibrant tomatoes ripened under blue skies, sturdy broccoli that withstood the crisp northern winds, and zinnias that towered like joyful sentinels, feeding both body and soul. ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿฅฆ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’š

With hearts full of gratitude for the bountiful harvest shared with our community, we bid a fond farewell to the soilโ€™s summer symphony, already dreaming of the seeds that will awaken next spring in this cherished corner of our wild, wondrous world. ๐ŸŒพ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒโœจ

Probably the last grass-cutting of the season around our gardens at Adventure 38. ๐Ÿ‚ The airโ€™s cooler, the mowerโ€™s hum feels slower, and autumnโ€™s gold is settling in. Time to let the land rest and ready itself for winterโ€™s quiet blanket. ๐ŸŒพโœจ

Still blooming strong through the chill! ๐ŸŒผ Calendulas donโ€™t mind the cold โ€” they thrive in crisp autumn air and can handle light frosts down to around -3ยฐC. With a little mulch and care, these golden blooms can brighten the garden well into late fall. โ„๏ธ๐Ÿ’›

๐Ÿคฃ A lone thumb hoisted a pumpkin high, defying logic and gravity alike. The pumpkin quivered, unsure if it was witnessing strength or witchcraft โ€” either way, that thumb meant business. ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ‘
