I promise you, I’m not leaving forever!
As of August 1st 2023 I will be suspending all Personal Training services until further notice! In September 2023 I will be going back to school while working full time.
All paid Personal Training sessions must be used by August 1st 2023 or transferred to online services.
Pre-paid sessions that are not used by that date will still be valid for whenever I decide to start up Personal Training again.
Going forward all client content will be shared on my personal page . To inquire about online coaching services, please send a DM to my main page!
I will reach out to all clients this week to make sure they’re aware of this announcement.

Very proud coaching moment for me🥺💛.
midget came to a PT session with her sister and we did some strongman events. I think at that point she was hooked.
3 months into the sport and she took home 1st place at Regionals! She won 3 out of 5 events🤩.
This is just the beginning for you, we have some big goals set💛. I know you’re going to exceed all of them🔥.

This picture speaks for itself.
Me and Erika have been working together since September 2021. I remember at the beginning reminding her to trust the process. That results don’t happen over night.
I also had to remind her that progress is not always going to be seen on the scale.
As the months went on, she finally seen what I meant by trusting the process. Majority of these photos are almost the exact same body weight, but you can clearly see the body composition difference.
This is why I tell my clients to take progress photos. They speak louder than the scale. I also remind my clients that when you want to have quick result, but that usually results in having the results revert themselves very quickly.
As for Erika, she created this progress in a holistic way through:
•No harsh dieting & eating foods she enjoys in moderation
•Eating foods that fuel her body
•Increasing lean muscle mass through resistance training
•Falling in love with the process
Her journey has been an exciting one to watch, it was filled with resilience, dedication, and hard work.

Bootcamp will be returning every month for now on!

You can now join at any point of Bootcamp for 5 weeks! (Permitting there is space)
Bootcamp will be starting back up April 5th and will continuously run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7am and 6p.m until further notice.

With the announcement of gyms opening on the 31st, We are bringing Bootcamp back🎉.
Bootcamp starts February 1st and will run for 4 weeks.
All bootcamps will be 30 minutes in duration and run Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Cost for 4 weeks is $80 plus corresponding non-commitment membership.

New Year & New Habits!💪🏻🎉

What’s included?
* 8 weeks of workouts based on your goals
* Goal setting
* Nutrition guidance
* Tasks each week that will help you achieve your goal & create healthy habits

Workout plans will be delivered through an online app that has videos as guidance. It allows you to track exercise progress. Workouts and frequency will be based off your own personal goals. All workout plans will be created to your level of fitness as well. Can be home or gym based.
Nutrition guidance will include a flexible and easy to follow plan that allows you to eat what you want. No foods are off the table! Recipe ideas will be included to provide meal ideas that have nutritional value. Supplement recommendations will be included.
Weekly check-ins to keep you accountable. At the end of each week, you will fill out a a questionnaire of how you felt about your week and what you feel like you could do better for next week. Your weekly tasks will be based of the feedback you give. The goal is not to be perfect right off the hop! It’s to build and create habits that last a lifetime.
