Iāve had 3 different moments over the past 5 years where I looked around what I had built and thought what the f**k am I doing?
I actually hate thisā¦
And then Iād be s**tty to myself that I should be grateful.
Hundreds of clients choosing me without reservation, scaling fast to 20-30K months in my first year coaching, saying whatever the f**k I wanted to in my marketing.
It wasnāt about being grateful at allā¦

I was looking at my Stripe account, eating my protein yogurt bowl in bed last night after I signed another private clientā¦
I literally made someoneās yearly salary in 6 days.
But the week before, I was crying on the beach absolutely devastated at the state of my business after attending a call with my mentor.
Something had to change, and that thing was me.
I have been incredibly open about my abusive marriage, and the last two years of fighting for whatās right for Hunter in court took a massive toll on my confidence.
At some point, the state of my life became an excuse, and I stopped holding myself to the standard of excellence I choose to operate at.
When I got home from the Bahamas, the day after I spent the entire day ripping out all the bu****it and making an aggressive non-negotiable plan for myself and obviously, it worked.
Hereās what I changed:
- 9 pm bedtime and 4:30 am wake up
- Work plan shifted to 4 days a week
- Shifted my calendar to have a week without calls per month
- Content volume amped up - 4 feed posts/week, daily stories actively selling across all 3 businesses, and continue 1-2 lives on TikTok/week
- Dropped podcast down to 1/week
- Calendar blocks for everything I do, from content to writing my book and keep the commitment to myself
- Zero availability for excuses. Do it tired, do it scared, just fu***ng do it. All of the above is non-negotiable.
Discipline was the entire reason I created two multi-six-figure businesses in less than two years.
And Iāve known since back when I was attending AA regularly when I was trying to stay sober that I can either be my biggest problem, or my solution.
As much as I know discipline was an answer to me, so it devotion.
This is an act of self-love and trust with standards and opinions and ideas and boundaries and truth to back it tf up.
I made more money this past week, than I did my entire last monthā¦
Because I decided and recommitted to money generating, relationship focused movement.
