If you're looking for something to do during the long weekend, join me on Apil 3rd at 11am for a family yoga class. We'll have a mix of creative games, asana, and Mindfulness activities that kids can engage in with their caregivers/parents.

The intention is to offer different yoga practices to support your body and nervous system to enter a restful space. There is choice around how you may want to engage in the practices, and modifcations will also be provided. This is your space to slow down and take some time for yourself.

Our themes for the 4 weeks are:
March 24th - Gentle Hatha Yoga
March 31st - Restorative Yoga
April 7th - Yoga Nidra and Gentle Movement
April 14th - Gentle Hatha Yoga

You are welcome to join 1 session or as many sessions as you would like. There is a discount if you plan on attending all 4 sessions.

I had the privilege of joining Sarah Nicole's .affect Purposeful Pause Retrear at the end of February as the yoga facilitator. For three mornings the space was open for anyone who wanted to connect to their breath and body in a gentle movement.

It was also so lovely getting to participate in the retreat that Sarah Nicole created which was designed so intentionally. It created an opportunity to slow down, connect back to our purpose and witness others doing the same. The studio space at was also so beautiful, with all the natural light, creating a cozy winter weekend.

Join me in a 4 week virtual group that will be running on Sundays at 11:45am-12:45pm, that will start on March 8th.

Each week we will focus on a different theme related to mindfulness and explore our understanding of it. We will also engage in mindfulness practices during the sessions and have some take aways to focus on for the week.

So excited to share that you can now find me at for the month of August on Tuesday at 7pm or Sat at 11:30am. Our Tuesday night class will also include some restorative shapes to help our nervous system settle down from the day, while Saturday will bring in movement to support our nervous system while also brining in strength and waking our body up .

It's been a few years since I introduced myself, so I thought it was time for a little update.

🪷 My name is Nicole (she/her), and I'm based in Tkaronto. I have multiple jobs that no one can keep up with 😅 and I Iove them all. I really enjoy being in the community, as well as the individual work I get to do.

🪷You can find me offering individual therapy, individual Trauma Sensitive Yoga and groups at and

🪷I also get the opportunity to offer groups around Trauma Sensitive Yoga, the nervous system, mental health, self care, mindfulness, and supporting folks around stress. You can find me at community health centers, post-secondary groups, and sometimes even Early On centers!

🪷I'm always learning more so that I can provide folks with more tools to support their journey and always thinking about what groups can be created based on themes I'm noticing and working towards community care.

🐶🪴I have 2 dogs that I adore and a ton of house plants that make it feel like I'm in a little jungle. They remind me about slowing down, self care, and being in the present. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Reconnecting 🧘🏽‍♀️💕

Join me for an hour class where we will move with intention, Reconnecting with your body and breath through a trauma informed yoga class. This will be a beginner friendly class with options for different shapes, to support how you would like to move.
